A Declaration by Furze 2006

The Blade has two sides to it…We have recorded the 3rd Furze Full length; “UTD:The Wealth of the Penetration in the Abstract Paradigmas of Satan” mini-album in split-album with the ”UTD: Beneath the Odd-Edge Sounds to the Twilight Contract of the Black Fascist” mini-album ! Some lyrics (”The Wealth…”-side) are more or less fingerprints of our search and results in the occult and daily life…Especially one lyric was at first seriously supposed best if unprinted, but it is after all gonna be there in the booklet…

Then there has been this unluck, accidents, and bad planning too. The years 2002-04 have beefed our lives up quite hard with its struggles and downs. BUT the shit won’t stop us!!! And we are sure that we have returned with our strongest release ever! We’ve grown as musicians without doubt. But not like others. Our very own Reaper’s Pride (”Beneath the Odd-Edge…)” and our carnal honesty and existence (”The Wealth of…” ) in more intact than ever. This is the most black metalizing yet the record with strongest identity of its own (maybe releasing split-albums with ourselves is the only honest way for us in the future as well).

You had to wait three years once again for a new Furze album, this won’t happen next time – we are working on our 4th album and except the 7”-version of 2004’s Furze MAXI out on AER January’06, there will maybe be a Orcustus/Furze split 7” in 2006. We also hope to make a lim.ed 10” P.Disc-version of our long-time sold out debut EP, ”First Feast For Freedom” in 2007, self financed or on AER…Especially within the last year we’ve seen an increased interest in our old demos and stuff…Well, all I can say is that I have no plans releasing or selling or copying that stuff again. If I, in the future, will make a mini-pressing of any kind so be it, but no….don’t ask for it. Go for hate – go with UTD.

The ”UTD” will be out as fast as we have a contract cause the Master is here and the lay out is settled so there’s only contract/labels and the shit there-of which could delay us more now. Whether there will be an Israel-gig (we got invited) or not is not certain at this point. We have figured out it’s safest to make a safety zone between us and the audience, in case of suicide bombers…heheh,,,Not only Palestinians, but also jews may take this step. Yep, that’s the bloody truth of the crazy religionists; they are so good n’ god damn right in their charity-behavior, not to forget sacrifice, they’d willingly blow themselves to pieces! Alright, the gig could be cool and wild (Israel is more necrosaint than most countries so we’d love playing there as long as Furze get some frames and the safety/info we find to be necessary! ), BUT Norway first! We are still thinking and working on how this could be possible cause we refuse to do it without our personal twist…which remains a secret until the night comes (also this is bound to happen AFTER ”UTD”s release as we need various support for the enfurzing effects onstage and so on). We’ve thanked no to live-performances in Austria, Sweden, etc. right after the Necromanzee Cogent album, lately also Germany and Australia…The first gig is planned for 2nd half of 2006,as said, we want it the Furze-way so you just have to wait.

It is of absolute nature that we will remain loyal to our call (that’s how we know Furze is the only music in the world with The Expression of The Reaper, when it comes to Death-side of The Scythe(corresponds to ”Beneath the Odd-Edge….”-side), that’s how Furze’s creativity can come true, that’s how Furze’s destruction can come true…. With other words: ”The Wealth…..”-side is far LESS hypocritical than the other one??? Yes, without doubt –and if you think about the fascistic truth there is in having being born into LIFE as opposed to it’s guarantee for meeting DEATH (cause the difference between, let’s say ”just singing about death”, and us, IS that we (actually report of the fact that we) express THE ONLY musical(not only in Metal world) outlet the one and only Reaper has; Furze - the name of the blade on his scythe; we can not separate the songs and the musical mark of The Reaper, on those songs belonging to the shadowly Death-side of the furzing Triad (which, among other, is the perceived thru’ those two named ”outside” and ”inside” elements); the Triad of the more carnal spawn is ’a tad’ less free, but is also less hypocritical in it’s way of inspiring us...We don’t claim a shit with those songs; no greater meanings or anything – just our Black Metal…often ,of course, very influenced by the mentioned Death-side, because, it is always in relation to it…). This is the way it has been since first brandish – though now in full blossom!!!

It’s still cool with us that others sing ABOUT death etc, but NO ONE
ELSE can be what we are and no one before us has had this (I’m sorry about this term:) revelation-inspiration; and come to unmask the name of the blade on The Reaper’s scythe…. Remember that we have spent years in the woods mingling our artistic bloodline with the cold call from the crypts… We really don’t wanna hide with our LIFE-TRIAD but we DO HIDE with the other one(here on Earth..): Necrosaint Black Metal (Furze) is about The Reaper having one mortal soul he’s able to express through, it’s not about TELLING YOU WHAT Death IS, what happens, why you die or the connections to other life forms, to answer whether life is beyond death etc. Then again, the mortal soul has only interest in questions around this life, if else, he’d just commit suicide like a religionist blown up in bloody pieces!

Anyway – alot of these questions, and more, are viewed in the lyrics of our recent album – UTD. AS said – even more so than before. We don’t have a choice – we, we HAVE to Reap – The mortal soul is, is like a goatwolf having the intellect of ”complex primitivism!” The Triad with it’s (macrocosmical)blade included as source ,just as much as the(microcosmical)goatwolf alone, opens up for the darkness within, explores in relation to the black wings above…it licks in the airtouch, and inside, the intervals shall spark… Alot remains personal. For instance The ”UTD”-letters themselves is and will only be known by Furze… We will continue our work no matter what.
